Business Manager Development

Ash has been the primary insurance partner contact for a number of large industry funds and retail master trusts. His experience spans across both group and retail distribution channels. He has significant and valuable experience in business development, new fund integration and ongoing account management, both strategic and operational. Most recently, he held a senior client manager role at TAL where he spent the past 8 years.

Matthew Sherlock

Business Development Executive

Matthew is a qualified Solicitor and previously specialised in Insurance Law. He left the legal profession to go into the financial planning industry where he jointly owned a financial planning business. As a financial planner he provided advice covering all aspects of the industry but mainly risk insurance. Matthew has worked as a risk specialist adviser for 21 years before joining Integrity Life in retail business development.

Chris Powell

Managing Director and CEO

Integrity is led by Chris Powell, former CFO of Zurich Insurance Group, Australia and New Zealand. He has held several senior leadership roles in Australian financial services businesses including NRMA, State Super Corporation, CBA and Centric Wealth to name a few. Chris truly believes that customer centricity is the future and together with his highly experienced team, is interrogating all areas of life insurance in order to offer life insurance for people, helping them when they need help most.

Lesley Mamelok

Chief Financial Officer

Accomplished in Australia and the UK, Lesley has focused on life and general insurance, retail banking and wealth management with experience in many ASX listed entities, including AMP Group, AMP Life, AMP Bank, she was formerly a Director at PwC. Lesley’s role also owns the relationships with our reinsurers and investors.

Michael Tuffy

Chief Operations Officer

Michael brings a depth of knowledge and experience from his leadership roles including CFO, CEO, MD and CRO in the general, life and reinsurance industries across Australia and Asia Pacific, working with GE, Suncorp and Cuna Mutual.

Lisa Hayes

General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer

Lisa has held senior positions in private legal practice and corporates including Perpetual and Centric Wealth, specialising in financial services, insurance, wealth management, governance, risk and compliance.

Suzie Brown

General Manager of Distribution

Suzie has significant sales, large account and adviser management experience across the Australian Life insurance market. Her industry experience has been across many channels including retail insurance, group insurance including industry superannuation funds, master trusts, platforms, and corporates. Suzie recently spent 10 years at TAL in a variety of roles, including Head of Clients & Market Development, Group Insurance where she managed key accounts including IOOF and the Bendigo & Adelaide Bank. She is actively involved in Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) and believes strongly in the value of engagement through the provision of advice and health and wellness outcomes for our customers.

Les Jones

Head of Group Risk Distribution

Les adds tremendous value to our team. His core skills are in group insurance product underwriting, claims management, policy administration and reinsurance. Les has operated his own underwriting and technology company for 20 years specialising in group risk portfolio management for Lumley Life, PrefSure Life and Zurich Financial Services. Les has also been the Group Life Insurance Manager for Suncorp Life and Australian National Sales Manager for CIGNA Life, a specialist US group life insurer.

Andy Todd

Chief Technology Officer

Andy brings an in-depth understanding of technology & innovation and has experience using IT to create competitive advantage in disruptive businesses. He led the technology team at OzEmail delivering the world’s first commercial Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephony system. As the former Head of IT at AXIS Australia, Andy has demonstrable skills and understanding of the technology and systems requirements for insurers.

General Manager, Human Resources

Gemma is a strategic Human Resources executive with broad experience in companies such as Centric Wealth, Aegon Direct Marketing and Knight Frank. Gemma drives Integrity’s diversity and inclusion program. She is determined to champion our unique culture, our brand vision and (especially) our people. Gemma partners with our leadership team including our CEO, to deliver strategies that attract, motivate and retain talent within teams.
